Return Policy

PLB Vietnam ensures that all products provided by PLB are genuine, brand new and defect-free. However, upon receiving the goods, if you find any damages due to shipping or for any other reasons which needs to refund/ return the products, please contact us directly via hotline 0888 200 800.

Any kind of refund/ return products will need to be sent to PLB for quality inspection. We will promptly process your return/ refund if products meet our conditions.

In case of return due to damage during delivery or due to any faults that belongs to PLB, we will be responsible for the entire shipping costs and carry out the exchange within 24 hours upon recepit.

We will refund 100% of the products within 5 days in case you had paid and do not have demand to exchange for other products.

A refundable product must meet following requirements:

• Product has no sign of being used or repair/ replace.
• Full-box with box seal intact and accessories (if any), no sign of being dropped or broken after receiving the goods.
• Notice of return/ refund will need to be made no more than 2 days from the date receiving the goods.

We will only process reasonable requests of return/ refund. PLB can refuse to process if returned items do not meet our requirements.
