Technical Support and Warranty Policies

In order to gain trust from all customers who seeks for PLB Vietnam, during the time of using products supplied by PLB, if you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always ready to support and advise.

If the defect of product belongs to our manufacturer, PLB will replace all defective products for free. Warranty Policy will not be applied in following cases:

• Product selection by customers is not correct.
• Damages caused by incorrect installation or due to working environment (chemicals, dirts...) directly affect product's life.
• Products defects, damage caused by dropping or impact.
• The process of storing and preserving products is not suitable.
• Customers intentionally removes or intervenes to change the structure of products.
• Inappropriate use of lubricant,...
